OAPA Receives AAPA Advocacy Grant Funding for an Impactful 2025 Legislative Year
In October, OAPA submitted a grant proposal requesting financial support for an impactful, game-changing legislative year in 2025. OAPA seeks not only to advance the interests of PAs in our state but also to serve as a model and catalyst for other AAPA constituent organizations to enhance their advocacy efforts and advance the PA profession nationwide. We are excited to announce that AAPA has awarded OAPA with grant funding!

The Ohio General Assembly is back in action after the fall recess and elections. OAPA continues to oppose a piece of legislation in front of the Senate Health Committee - HB73 - that could force hospital physicians to provide any prescription medication requested by the patient.
